We take great pride at Webstudio in developing to strict processes and adhering to Project Management standards. Each project that is undertaken by Webstudio is first of all translated into a specification after speaking and meeting with the client where possible, after the requirements have been gathered and a timescale is assigned to the project, this is managed very closely by a Project Manager.

Each project has an individual Project Manager and information is passed back to the client on a weekly basis with regards to the status of the project.

If a client also requires Project Management on an external project, which has been initially started by another vendor, but complications arise we can also supply Project Managers on a per contract basis to ensure the project is completed in a timely manner.
